Managing your Steady Provision subscription

When you subscribe, you'll receive recurring deliveries at the frequency you choose — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Your payment method is charged automatically before each delivery.

Changing or cancelling
You can pause, skip, change your box size or frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal, or by clicking "Manage subscription" in any order confirmation email. Changes take effect immediately for future orders. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.

Timing
To skip or make changes to an upcoming delivery, do so before your next order processes. You'll receive an email reminder in advance of each billing date. Once an order has processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified — see our Refund Policy for what to do if an order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
